Andrew Montana was born and raised in Southern California and spent his summers with his family in Appalachian North Carolina, where his musical style was most influenced. After living in Charlottesville, VA for many years, he now resides in Louisville, Kentucky.

Known for his captivating storytelling and mesmerizing melodies, Montana has been making waves in the indie folk scene with his heartfelt and evocative songwriting. After songs from his debut album such as ‘Strawberry’ and ‘Deep Down’ went viral during the pandemic, he released his debut album ‘Azalea, Holly’ to great acclaim. In June 2024, his moodier sophomore album ‘American Pastoral’ was released. His next album ‘Here by the Willows’ is due to be released in August of 2025.
